Project Description

We partnered with an Australian fashion brand with a clear goal: turn a small but promising online business into a scalable, high-revenue brand.

When we started, the brand was generating around $1K per month. Over the following 9 months, we built and optimized a Meta advertising system focused on profitable customer acquisition, creative testing, and scalable campaign structures.

The result was $1.5M in total revenue within 9 months, supported by more than $1M in ad spend.

THE STORY

The brand had a strong product and a clear market opportunity, but the challenge was turning limited initial sales into a predictable and scalable acquisition engine.

We started by understanding the brand, its customers, products, and existing performance data. From there, we developed a structured creative and advertising strategy designed to continuously identify what worked and scale it without sacrificing efficiency.

As the account grew, we continuously tested new creative concepts, audiences, offers, and campaign structures. This allowed us to move from a business generating approximately $1K/month to an average monthly revenue of around $166K during the growth period.

OUR APPROACH

ur approach was built around three core principles: creative, data, and scale.

We established a continuous creative testing system to identify winning angles, messaging, formats, and product presentations. Campaign performance was analyzed at every stage to understand where spend was creating profitable growth and where improvements were needed.

As winning combinations emerged, we increased spend strategically while continuing to introduce new creative variations to prevent performance from becoming dependent on a small number of ads.

This combination of creative volume, structured testing, performance analysis, and controlled scaling helped drive the account to more than $1M in ad spend and $1.5M in total revenue within 9 months.
